Business Development Lead

Drive profitable growth of National Accounts through product mix and value add solutions as a key member of our Australian business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and facilitate profitable growth of National Accounts.
- Assist States/Branches to achieve revenue and tonne targets through client engagement activities.
- Develop and support business partnerships with key customers.
- Oversee the Pricing Team's activities and ensure relevant pricing structures and outcomes.
- Liaise with senior Sales and Marketing Managers to activate national plans.
Your Background:
- Experience across the building material markets.
- Ability to showcase business development and relationship growth.
- Excellent commercial acumen with key customer and leadership achievements.
- Experience in winning new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
