In this exciting customer-facing opportunity, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of accounts and developing new business opportunities in the Sydney Metro market. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage and optimize existing account customers
  • Develop business 'partnerships' between BlueScope and its customers and strive to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Work closely with the sales team to grow revenue, margin, and market share
Requirements:
  • Previous account management experience
  • Effective relationship management and influencing capability
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing and margin and its impact on profitability
