About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Territory Manager to join our Australia New Business Team at Kardex VCA Pty Ltd. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth in the assigned territories.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries, including retail, e-commerce, 3PL, electronics, and bio-pharmaceuticals
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as developing new customer relationships
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
• Providing regular updates on sales performance and pipeline development

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A tertiary education in a technical field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in intralogistics, with a strong understanding of logistical processes and software-supported working processes
• Proven track record of success in high-level B2B sales, with a focus on solution selling
• Commercial background with good technical understanding, or vice versa
• Formally trained in sales and key account management
• Experience in development and negotiation of complex contracts
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Salary and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary package, including a base salary of AU$120,000 per annum, plus superannuation, and a comprehensive benefits program, including access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
