We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Development Manager to join our team in Shepparton, Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

About the Role:

  • Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Base Salary: AU$60,000 per annum
  • Car Allowance: AU$5,000 per annum
  • Fuel Card: Provided
  • Commission: Up to 20% of base salary
  • Incentives: Bonus payments based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop existing client accounts within assigned territories to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective customer solutions.
  4. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business partnerships.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales roles (experience in the waste management industry an advantage).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
