TERRITORY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Development Manager to join our team in Shepparton, Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
About the Role:
- Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Base Salary: AU$60,000 per annum
- Car Allowance: AU$5,000 per annum
- Fuel Card: Provided
- Commission: Up to 20% of base salary
- Incentives: Bonus payments based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing client accounts within assigned territories to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective customer solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business partnerships.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales roles (experience in the waste management industry an advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
