We're redefining the way the world thinks about risk, and we're looking for a talented Sales Account Manager to join our team

As a key member of our Sydney-based team, you'll be responsible for guiding our customers in getting the most out of their enterprise risk management system. With a strong focus on sales – upsell and cross-sell – you'll be working with customers to develop growth plans and drive results.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage several accounts across ANZ, developing strong relationships with key users and stakeholders.
  • Create and implement growth plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their risk management needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in account management and/or sales, preferably in the risk and/or SaaS space.
  • A genuine interest in GRC and a passion for sales and customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and solutions-focused, with a drive for achieving results.
