Enterprise Account Manager

Hassett is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to drive business growth and expansion in the records management industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building and Client Management:
    • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organisations.
    • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and networking events to deepen client engagement and understanding of their evolving needs.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Business Development Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with Hassett's growth objectives.
    • Identify new market segments, potential customers, and key decision-makers to target for business development initiatives.
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals, while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively pursuing new business opportunities and effectively managing existing client accounts.
    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Hassett's records management solutions, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation:
    • Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and business cases to effectively communicate Hassett's value proposition and secure new contracts.
    • Lead contract negotiations, working closely with legal and executive teams to ensure favourable terms and conditions for Hassett.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to enhance proposal development processes and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development, sales, or account management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, leading to significant revenue growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively present to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software tools.
  • Availability for occasional travel as required.
