Enterprise Sales Manager

Figma is revolutionizing the design industry with its cutting-edge tools and innovative approach. As a Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our Fortune 1000 customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Support, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Conduct customer and prospect meetings to identify new business opportunities and close deals
- Recruit, train, and mentor new team members to foster a culture of success and growth
- Deliver weekly forecast meetings and provide guidance to Account Executives on strategies to exceed their goals
- 8+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of success in Enterprise Sales
- 2+ years of management experience on an Enterprise Sales team within a SaaS company
- Experience selling to technical audiences, including Engineering, Product, and Design teams
- Prior success leading a team while contributing to the execution of deals in partnership with direct reports
- A consistent record of developing customer relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
- Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology
