In this position, you will take charge of managing claims proactively, which may include initiating claims, ensuring a positive experience for our members, or overseeing existing claims until resolution. The dynamic nature of this role guarantees that each day presents new challenges and opportunities for learning. You will be part of a cohesive RACQ team that embodies strong values, a supportive culture, and a clear vision.
Candidate Profile
A strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to assist others are essential. We are looking for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments, foster meaningful relationships with colleagues, and demonstrate a solid work ethic. Experience in hospitality or retail is advantageous for those transitioning into the corporate sector. Previous experience in insurance or claims management is highly valued. All forms of customer service experience will contribute to your success in this role. A willingness to learn, proactive communication skills, and a positive attitude are crucial. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities are required. Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences is necessary.
