About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our Motor Claims team at RACQ. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership and direction to meet operational performance goals and engagement objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Motor Claims team to achieve operational performance goals and engagement objectives.
  • Take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient claims handling, maintaining quality standards, and delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Effectively manage priorities, create focus, support capability development, and remove barriers to ensure the team achieves desired outcomes.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and maintain collaborative relationships with relevant stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a skilled leader with at least 2-5 years of relevant experience in leading a large team. You will have strong leadership and a high level of proven ability to motivate staff to achieve personal and business objectives. You will also have demonstrated experience in identifying, creating, developing, and maintaining effective relationships, as well as a member-focused mindset, high empathy, and service delivery.
