Claims Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to manage a portfolio of claims in our Motor Claims Recovery or Motor Settlements teams. The successful candidates will identify recovery and settlement opportunities, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, manage complex liability claims, and have difficult conversations.
About You:
- Strong people skills and a proven ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous experience with debt recovery or claims management in the Insurance industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage priorities and drive own performance
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability with a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement, skills development, and change
