About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Team Manager to lead our Motor Claims team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership and direction to meet operational performance goals and engagement objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the Motor Claims team
- Ensure efficient claims handling and maintain quality standards
- Deliver exceptional member experiences
- Effectively manage priorities, create focus, and support capability development
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders
About You
We are looking for a skilled leader with at least 2-5 years of experience in leading a large team. You will have strong leadership and a high level of proven ability to motivate staff to achieve personal and business objectives.
