Are you a strategic thinker with expertise in organisational design and change management?
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Design Consultant to join our team based in Sydney CBD, working hybrid 1-2 days a week in the office. This role offers a competitive daily rate of up to $1066.24 + super on a 4-month contract.
About the CompanyA leading NSW government organisation is looking for professionals who share their vision of creating a better place for NSW residents to live and connecting the community more efficiently.
About the Role- Develop functional accountabilities for divisions, branches, and units, mapping current and future states to ensure seamless transitions.
- Design organisational structures aligned with operating model principles and characteristics, taking into account relevant parameters.
- Create detailed organisational charts, ensuring alignment with workforce data and resolving any anomalies.
- Drive consistency across Divisions and Branches in organisation and role design approach.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and enabling functions to develop accurate materials.
- Oversight, quality assurance, and coordination of role descriptions and job evaluation process to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Previous experience in org design for large complex organisations.
- Change management expertise.
- Negotiable but desirable: NSW government experience.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
