Organisational Culture and Development Specialist

We're embarking on an exciting journey at TPG Telecom, bringing together powerful brands to create a united force. As an Organisational Culture and Development Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our culture and driving organisational development. Our goal is to connect our people and communities, leveraging the latest technology and brave thinking.
About the Opportunity
As a key member of our team, you'll work collaboratively to develop and implement strategies and programs that embed our desired culture and organisational behaviours. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, and we're open to location.
Responsibilities
- Translate our culture and strategic ambitions into key programs and initiatives that will embed our desired culture across the organisation.
- Devise a listening strategy to continuously keep informed on key culture measures and adapt.
- Lead targeted programs of work within key transformations programs to enable necessary cultural shifts.
- Lead and implement culture-specific programs and work collaboratively with others responsible across key change levers, including leadership, strategy, process improvement, and employee experience/lifecycle.
- Work collaboratively with People Experience Business Partners to devise culture improvement strategies within functions aligning to our overall ambitions.
- Coach and provide best practice tools, advice, and guidance to embedding culture across the organisation.
- Facilitation and development programs as and when required to enable culture or associated capability programs.
- Deliver board requirements for the culture program and provide consultation in authoring the sustainability and annual report.
Knowledge and Experience
- Data-driven and adaptable leader who can drive outcomes in an ambiguous fast-paced environment.
- Experience in designing and implementing organisational development initiatives where behaviours stick, enabling TPG Telecom's long-term ambitions.
- Creates a positive employee experience aligned to the Spirit of TPG, finding ways to win the hearts and minds of our people.
- Experience in designing and implementing initiatives that build desired culture outcomes.
- Experience in identifying both behaviours aligned to our culture ambition and opportunities, ability to develop innovative solutions to address.
- Very strong relationship and influencing skills – this role will be delivering outcomes through a variety of levers, must have a proven ability to work collaboratively with others and influence for positive change.
- Facilitation experience.
- Results-orientated, proven to deliver desired outcomes in organisational culture.
- A role model of the Spirit of TPG Telecom.
- Organisational psychology or appropriate tertiary qualification.
