As a Partner Enablement Manager (PEM) with Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the AWS training of partners in the APN, the global partner program. This role is focused on helping partners build successful AWS-based businesses by providing business, technical, professional services, marketing, and GTM support.

Key responsibilities include engaging with AWS Partners, understanding their knowledge gaps, and providing thought leadership for proposed training plans and curriculum. You will create learning plans for key strategic AWS Partners, increase the number of AWS-certified and accredited partner individuals, and deliver against training goals.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities to understand key trends in the region across the AWS Partner community. You will work closely with partner leaders to establish training plans and curriculum that drive customer satisfaction and partner revenue. Additionally, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of partner training programs, T&C training offerings, course roadmaps, funding programs, partner programs, and course objectives/overviews.

A successful candidate should have 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, as well as 5+ years of working with or for IT Channel Partners.

Estimated salary range for this position in Australia is between AU$120,000 to AU$180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
