Key responsibilities include assisting the EA with admin tasks, booking flights and accommodation, submitting monthly expenses for managers, and maintaining a professional appearance of the reception and meeting rooms.

The successful candidate will be flexible, proactive, and able to multitask and prioritize their time effectively.
