We are a dynamic company seeking an experienced Chief Administrative Officer to join our Core - Office of CEO division.

As a member of our global administrative team, you will provide professional, operational, and business support across our organization.

The Role:

  • ">
  • Effective management of the reception and office environment">
  • Maintenance of high-standard office facilities">
  • Building management and compliance with lease conditions">
  • New starter onboarding, workplace safety, and logistics">
  • Travel and meeting room booking, events, catering, deliveries, stationery, and couriers">
  • Involvement in projects such as Green Team, Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility">
  • Global administrative and virtual office management support">

About You:

  • ">
  • 1-2 years' experience as an Office Administrator or similar role">
  • Experience supporting a large team of stakeholders">
  • Prior experience in Tech or Telecommunications industry is desirable">
  • Ability to work independently and quickly learn new skills and concepts">
  • Establishing effective working relationships and possessing tact, diplomacy, problem-solving, and time management skills">
  • Intermediate-Advanced level of Microsoft Office, technology-savvy, quality-focused, and attention to detail">
  • Professional written communication and verbal skills">
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive">
  • Ability to be a trusted team player">
