- Support the effective delivery of legal services by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records;
- Collaborate with Practice Groups to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow;
- Diploma or certificate in business administration, office management, or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Absorption and application of policies and procedures within the department;
- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time);
