About the Role
The Scotch College Adelaide is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Senior Leadership Team as the Director of People and Culture. This executive-level role will be responsible for shaping and managing our capacity to be a preferred employer in our sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention.
- Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on human resources management, talent development, and organizational design.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in human resources management or people and culture roles in organizations with diverse professionals and staff.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Highly adaptable, solutions-oriented, and committed to fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and wellbeing.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
- Passion for working in a not-for-profit environment that seeks to shape the lives of young people.
