About the Role

The Scots College is seeking an exceptional People and Culture Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our People and Culture Department, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new and departing employees.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.
  • Lead ad hoc projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage workers' compensation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including multi-price agreements, awards, and policies.
  • Design and implement employment documents and day-to-day people operations to support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR generalist in a comparable role, with a strong understanding of awards and multi-price agreements.
  • Personal and professional integrity, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
