About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team at Wound and Burn Centers of America. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by leading our People and Culture function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Generalist P&C Team: You will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of P&C services across the business.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: You will oversee and support talent acquisition processes, fostering creative talent strategies and maintaining high standards of excellence.
  • Coaching and Development: You will offer coaching, guidance, and solution-oriented advice to the team and people leaders, applying your expertise in end-to-end case management to resolve complex people-related issues.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: You will provide advice and ensure compliance with all P&C policies and processes, including OH&S and relevant legislation.
Requirements
  • Experience: You will have at least 3 years of experience working within a HR Business Partner role, or experience working as a HR Manager.
  • Expertise: You will have extensive expertise in the Fair Work Act and other employment legislation.
  • Skills: You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, be self-sufficient, highly organized, and proactive, with effective problem-solving and a solution-focused mindset.
  • People Skills: You will be people-oriented, with the ability to build rapport and coach individuals at all levels.
