Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the P&C Team: Serve as an escalation point, delegate and supervise service delivery to ensure optimal stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Coaching and Guidance: Offer coaching, guidance, and solution-oriented advice to the team and people leaders, applying expertise in end-to-end case management to resolve complex people-related issues.

Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience working within a HR Business Partner role or experience working as a HR Manager.
  • Expertise: Extensive expertise in the Fair Work Act and other employment legislation.
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, self-sufficiency, high organization, and proactivity. Demonstrates effective problem-solving and a solution-focused mindset, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • People-Oriented: People-oriented, with the ability to build rapport and coach individuals at all levels.
