Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic people initiatives and programs that drive business results and improve workforce experience.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff who work across organizational development and inclusion portfolios.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership capability and workforce inclusion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people initiatives and programs, and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in human resources, employee relations, or psychology are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in people management, organizational development, and workforce inclusion.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business results.
