The Senior Director, Culture and Organizational Development will design, deliver, and evaluate strategic and operational people initiatives and programs that evolve workforce experience, leadership capability, organizational development, and workforce inclusion.
You will manage several staff who work across the organizational development and inclusion portfolios in addition to a Workplace Coach and Data Reporting Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic people initiatives and programs that drive business results and improve workforce experience.
- Lead and manage a team of staff who work across organizational development and inclusion portfolios.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership capability and workforce inclusion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people initiatives and programs, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in human resources, employee relations, or psychology are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in people management, organizational development, and workforce inclusion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business results.
