Job Opportunity: Group Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Group Sales Manager to join our team at Seven West Media. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing broadcast regional and metro sales revenue from designated agencies and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and manage national broadcast deals to meet revenue and share targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with local investment directors and group trading leads within designated agencies.
  • Deliver exceptional client service through innovative thinking, effective use of Seven Network's assets, and skillful salesmanship.
  • Develop clear business plans with the group business director for future client growth and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with and coach sales team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.

About You:

  • You are an exceptional leader with a solid sales background and effective communication skills.
  • You have significant agency or TV/digital sales experience and/or a strong sales background.
  • You have team leadership experience and can foster collaboration and excellence within a sales team.
  • You have a track record of making a significant impact and influence within your previous organization and/or in the industry.
