Corporate Sales Director – Melbourne CBD

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Manhattan Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Melbourne and interstate corporate markets, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate market
* Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, nurturing relationships and maintaining regular communication
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
* Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to deliver seamless experiences for corporate clients
* Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Requirements:
* Proven experience in corporate sales within the hotel or hospitality industry
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences
