Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales function and drive growth in our leadership team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and developing new business opportunities in SAP S/4Hana, SAP BTP, SAP Signavio, SAP CX, and Cloud (AWS, Azure, GPC).
This role requires a strong track record in business development, with experience in SAP and technology sales, particularly in FMCG, Retail, Mining, and Utilities industries. You will work closely with the C-Level executive and technical & pre-sales teams to support and close new projects.
About the Role
- Develop new customers and expand our footprint in existing customers across solution sales and managed services
- Responsible for attaining revenue targets, closing sales, customer profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Drive new project opportunities via your network in SAP S/4Hana, SAP BTP, SAP Signavio, SAP CX, and Cloud (AWS, Azure, GPC)
- Work with the C-Level executive and technical & pre-sales teams to support and close new projects
About You
- Demonstrated experience gained in a sales and or consulting capacity within SAP S/4Hana, SAP BTP, SAP Signavio, SAP CX, and Cloud (AWS, Azure, GPC)
- Proven track record in business development, from cold-calling and nurturing to pre-sales and bid management
- Strong relevant C-level network and ability to engage at an executive level
- Experienced in consultative selling and complex software solutions to transform how a business runs
