About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales and Business Development to join our team at Options Consulting Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Senior Business Development staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful business outcomes.
  • SOURCE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to develop business opportunities that meet sales targets.
  • PREPARE AND SUBMIT SALES DOCUMENTATION: Create and submit sales reports, tenders, proposals, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial/business awareness supported by relevant industry experience.
  • Natural confidence, excellent time management skills, and the ability to engage with diverse personalities.
