About the role of Senior Change Analyst at Pyramid Global Technologies

Job Description:

As a Senior Change Analyst, you will be responsible for providing people change management services to our clients. This is a hands-on and varied role that involves change management analysis, communications, and training, and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to help transition them to the future state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data to contribute to change management plans and reporting
  • Develop and implement change impact assessments, mitigation actions, and workforce transition plans to support employees moving to new ways of working
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements
  • Draft communications and support materials, including communications collateral, presentation materials, website copy, and frequently asked questions
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver training, including developing training materials, delivering classroom training, and collating feedback

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years' experience delivering end-to-end people change management on IT projects
  • Experience developing communication collateral for customers and internal staff
  • Experience developing training and supporting materials
  • Excellent presentation and people skills
  • Experience partnering with project teams to successfully deliver projects and maintain momentum in the delivery of change
  • Capability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders
