About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Specialist to join our Enterprise Delivery Change Management team. As a key member of this high-performing team, you will play a critical role in supporting various medium to large-scale programs across the Vero Insurance Group.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective change management plans to support stakeholders through ongoing change. This includes experience working on large-scale regulatory or risk projects and collaborating with Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute 'fit-for-purpose' change, learning, and communications plans utilizing established Organisational Change Management frameworks and tools.
  • Manage and execute change activities across multiple initiatives, streams, or squads, including Change Impact Assessments, Communication, Engagement, Learning, Reinforcement, etc.
  • Ensure learning is designed and delivered appropriately for capability gaps identified.
  • Be hands-on with the design, development, and implementation of change management deliverables.
  • Provide communications to key stakeholders to drive a clear narrative across all aspects of delivery, linking activity to strategic and customer outcomes.
  • Offer hands-on coaching and ongoing support for business SMEs and Product Owners within Agile squads to ensure the successful delivery of change activities and artefacts.
About You:
  • You possess 5+ years of project and people engagement-related change management experience, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies highly desirable.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to deliver Change, Communications, and Learning activities for large-scale regulatory or risk projects.
  • You have experience working closely with Risk and Compliance teams as well as Business SMEs to understand changes required and translate them into easily understood business language.
  • You are confident in your ability to work autonomously and maintain a performance and outcome-focused outlook for your own change management deliverables.
  • You are a team player who assists others, shares knowledge and strengths, takes ownership of team goals, and collaborates continuously to improve your capabilities.
