Compliance Change Management Specialist

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Compliance Change Management Specialist to join their Melbourne office. The ideal candidate will work on a high-profile Risk & Compliance project, reporting to the Program Director & Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead working groups in defining, documenting, and delivering business impacts across all phases of change deliverables.
  • Utilize influencing and persuasion skills to successfully implement change and influence decision-making with key stakeholders in a diverse and matrix operating environment.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management in strategic change scope for implementation.
  • Present at Steering Committee and meetings on change activities.
  • Implement process improvements, with problem-solving and business analysis skills.
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven relationship building and management skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Program/Project/Change Management Skills.
  • Knowledge of the Asset Management industry.
  • Proven relevant experience with regulatory change, managing projects, or leading large initiatives within a large, global organization, preferably Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated leadership in regulatory evaluation, execution, and compliance at a global asset management firm.
  • Experience in working in the banking sector (and ideally risk or compliance) highly desirable.
