At Engage Squared, we're dedicated to empowering employees to thrive in a rapidly changing work environment. As a Senior Change Management Professional, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our Transformation and Change practice forward.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of change and adoption projects, including conducting change impact assessments, training needs analysis, and developing user personas.
  • Develop and prepare change strategies, contributing to the development, leading, and supporting of activities designed to effect culture change and meet alignment objectives.
  • Create and tailor material such as videos, user guides, and awareness communications to engage stakeholders and promote a positive perception of change.
  • Deliver product-specific and scenario-based training virtually and in-person, ensuring a seamless adoption experience.
  • Staying abreast of product changes within the Microsoft ecosystem, to support continued enhancement of our collateral and internal knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent experience writing and distributing communications both internally and with our customers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, e.g. Copilot, Viva Suite, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, etc.
  • Understanding of PROSCI, or similar change management methodologies.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders, understanding business needs, running requirement workshops, and documenting requirements.

About You:

  • PROSCI certified (highly desirable)
  • Microsoft Adoption Specialist Certification (desirable)
