About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to join our team at Macquarie. As a Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end change and developing and delivering change management plans. You will work closely with project and technical teams, communications teams, and stakeholders of all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to evaluate the scope of change, business readiness, and potential risks.
  • Develop and deliver change management plans and integrate them into project plans in collaboration with Project Managers across both agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Provide hands-on training and support to ensure smooth adoption of changes across the organisation and technology support teams including project transition.
  • Provide executive reporting and CX data insights on change activities and effectiveness and incorporate feedback as you go.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, to audiences of varying seniority.
