Change Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to work closely with project managers, key stakeholders and Security and Infrastructure teams within Research Operations Branch. This role will see the successful candidate working under the direction of the Executive Director Research Operations to develop and implement a wide range of project related communication artefacts.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools is essential for this role.
  • The ability to design and implement change strategies tailored to the unique needs of the organisation is crucial.
  • Experience in delivering training and workshops to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and employees, is highly valued.
  • A strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices, such as ADKAR and Kotter's 8-Step Process, is required.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels, are necessary for success.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate organisational dynamics is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess impact and effectiveness of change initiatives are also required.
  • Leadership and coaching capabilities, with the ability to inspire and engage others, are highly valued.

Location: SA

Contract Term: 6 Months.
Extension: 2X6 Months

Security Requirements: To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen with a current Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Security Clearance.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
