Account Executive Role Overview

The successful Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with business and technical decision makers within customers' institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain professional customer relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build strong partnerships with executives at the Chief-level (CxO) and other key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with Microsoft Partners to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and execute sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success in negotiating and closing deals.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

Additional Requirements:

  • 4+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work experience with year-over-year growth.
  • 6+ years of healthcare experience preferred but not required.
