Job SummaryThe Sales Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating leads, managing accounts, communicating with clients, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and establish strong partnerships. The primary focus will be on acquiring new customers and increasing revenue through consultative strategies that address key client business issues.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate sales activity through various means, including phone calls, emails, and text messages, to introduce Hapana's solutions to potential clients.
- Utilize consultative sales skills to engage with existing clients, address their questions and needs, and identify the most suitable Hapana solution.
- Establish business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Strategically plan and organize sales activities, including daily/weekly/monthly scheduling, to optimize time investment and consistently surpass performance targets.
- Demonstrate Hapana's software, products, and partner solutions to potential clients, assisting them in selecting the best solution for their needs.
- Engage with single and multi-location fitness brands to meet and exceed maximum sales targets.
- Stay updated on all products, including software and application updates/releases, new partner offerings, market conditions, and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate ongoing sales activity and account progress using tools like Hubspot and other CRM tools.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions to promote Hapana's solutions.
- Experience in the fitness industry or a personal trainer looking for a career change is essential.
- Strong skills in lead generation and/or account management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Hubspot and G-suite is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring internal and external communications effectiveness and results.
