About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Executive Rehabilitation Manager to join our ACT team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic direction and guidance to your team of rehabilitation consultants, while maintaining a caseload of your own.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide leadership and coaching to consultants to ensure high-quality services are delivered to customers
  • Oversee the performance and quality of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them
  • Build strong relationships with customers, insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues, and employees to achieve successful outcomes
  • Explore new opportunities and growth areas to drive business development and expansion
  • Undertake a range of assessments and case work to support customers in their rehabilitation journeys


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • At least 2 years' experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
  • A willingness to travel, with a current vehicle and driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude towards working with diverse cultural groups
  • A passion for mentoring and coaching, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • A keen sense of punctuality and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines


What We Offer:


In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
