Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other health professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to promote trust and engagement.">
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA.">
  • Proven experience working with a variety of populations, including children, adults, and older adults.">
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills, with a focus on functional abilities and client-centered care.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.">
  • Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.">
  • Police clearance and Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) check.">
