About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our ACT team, you will play a critical role in providing leadership and direction to your team of rehabilitation consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and coaching to rehabilitation consultants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Oversee the performance and quality of the team, ensuring that high standards are maintained and targets are achieved.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • Explore new opportunities and growth areas to drive business development and improve outcomes for our customers.
  • Undertake a range of assessments and case work to support customers in achieving their goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • At least 2 years' experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation.
  • A willingness to travel and hold a current driver's license.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees.
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with diverse cultural groups.
  • A passion for mentoring and coaching.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service to large customers.
  • A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time.

Salary and Benefits
