About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Rehabilitation Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will provide leadership and direction to a team of rehabilitation consultants, engage with customers, and maintain a caseload of your own.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and guidance to consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee team performance and quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and development within the team.
  • Undertake assessments and case work to support customers in their rehabilitation journeys.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation.
  • A willingness to travel, with a current vehicle and driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • A passion for mentoring and coaching, with the ability to develop and lead a high-performing team.
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service, even in challenging situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
