Job Description

As a Team Lead - Rehabilitation Services Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to a team of rehabilitation consultants. You will engage with customers, maintain a caseload, and oversee the team's performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to consultants to ensure they meet performance standards.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and explore new areas to expand services.
  • Conduct assessments and case work to support customers' needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • At least 2 years of experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation.
  • A willingness to travel and possess a current vehicle and driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude towards diverse cultural groups.
  • A passion for mentoring and coaching.
