Randstad, a leading professional services organisation and Fortune 100 company, has an exciting opportunity for a HR Systems Administrator to join its best practice HR team on a fixed-term contract basis.

This pivotal role offers access to a wide range of activities in a high-performing team and professional environment. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant employee records within the HRIS.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain the integrity of the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Manage all employee records for the HR and payroll system, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Provide exceptional service to stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Support the team by providing general HR administration, including onboarding new employees and managing timesheets.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Prior experience in a generalist HR or HR systems role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

**Salary Details**
