Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR System Administrator to join our team at Certis Security Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our HR information systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity based in Macquarie, with a salary of approximately AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. As an HR System Administrator, you will work closely with our HR business partners, managers, and employees to understand their needs and convert them into system requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising between HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to provide HR process insights and enhance system design and integration.
  • Ensuring that the system implementation aligns with internal HR needs and business goals.
  • Contributing and validating user requirements to facilitate system customizations.
  • Advocating for end-user needs and working with vendors to ensure that system configurations support HR operations.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the integrity of HR data within the system, testing and validating the system configurations, contributing to the development of training programs for users at all levels, and leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of SuccessFactors to maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the HRIS system.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working in a people or technology leadership capacity (2 years).
  • Expert-level skills in MS Office.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy, quality, and integrity.
  • Experience working in complex or transformation environments.
  • Knowledge of core HR business practices.
  • SuccessFactors experience, preferably in ECP and Comp & VP.
