Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join our team at HR Partners. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract position that requires a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail. As an HR Systems Administrator, you will maintain all employee records for the HR & payroll system, provide professional service to stakeholders, and support general HR administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management: Manage the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for the HR & payroll system.

Stakeholder Support: Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

General Administration: Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including onboarding new employees, timesheet management, and other related duties as required.

What We Offer

As an HR Systems Administrator at HR Partners, you can expect a competitive salary package, which includes an estimated $80,000 per annum based on industry standards and market rates. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR or HR systems role;
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail;
