We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team in Sydney CBD. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable player in the Technology & Telecoms industry, known for their commitment to innovation and high-quality services.

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing payroll systems, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating monthly payroll processes. You will also assist with remuneration reviews, bonus payments, and compiling key HR metric reports.

The successful applicant will have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and proficiency in HR systems and databases. Some experience in a HR-related role is ideal.

In this role, you will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, as well as various benefits including 20 days annual leave, increasing to 25 + public holidays after 6 month probation, paid lunches 3 days a week, hybrid working, free gym membership, social drinks, free breakfast daily, and unlimited free coffee.
