As an HR Coordinator with Toll Group's Government and Defence division, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the success of our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining HR systems and processes
  • Providing efficient and effective HR support services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in human resources administration, proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications, excellent time management and organisational skills, and a strong awareness of Toll Group policies and Human Resources procedures.

**What We Offer**

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
