We are seeking an exceptional HR Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic People & Culture team at Cuscal. As a key member of the team, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR enquiries, managing the inbox, monitoring, and actioning time-sensitive tasks in the employee self-service portal.
  • Assist with troubleshooting employee enquiries related to HR systems, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team and Payroll to maintain accurate people-related data within HR systems.
  • Deliver end-to-end onboarding support, including position creation, employment contract issuance, monitoring acceptance and completion, processing background checks, and ensuring timely payroll integration.
  • Provide support to People Leaders and Business Partners through timely delivery of employee correspondence, including letters and contracts for internal movements, promotions, and changes.
  • Ensure accurate updates of HR-related information on Central, guaranteeing data integrity and compliance.
  • Verify accurate payment of accounts are processed weekly, adhering to required timeframes, and reconcile discrepancies with the relevant P&C leader.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional service, consistently following processes from start to finish.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
