Sales Leadership Opportunity

At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to create exceptional vacation experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by leading a high-performing sales team at one of our resort locations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience in Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals. They will be a strong leader, able to motivate and coach their team to deliver excellent results. Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets through supportive management of the sales team
  • Assist in staff recruitment and development, as well as site financial management
  • Support marketing programs and educate sales staff on marketing strategies
  • Represent the Company in an ethical, moral and professional manner
  • Participate in management duties, training sessions and sales meetings
