Job Title: High-Performing Sales Executive - Inner Melbourne
About the Company:
Kingfisher Recruitment Pty Ltd is a well-established property group with decades of experience in selling residential apartments and townhomes off the plan across inner Melbourne.
Salary: Estimated salary range for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
Job Description:
This is an autonomous sales role based between our Head Office and the relevant display suite. As a High-Performing Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing strong product knowledge, following up qualified leads, customer appointments, negotiating and closing sales.
You will also be responsible for monthly reporting and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in off-the-plan sales with a strong track record of high performance and delivering outcomes in the current market
- Experience in new project launches and selling projects up to 10km from CBD
- In-depth knowledge of the inner city apartment market
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to create immediate rapport with prospective purchasers
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
- A current driver's license and own vehicle
