We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the rapidly growing Northern suburbs of Melbourne. This is an exceptional chance to build a successful career in real estate, with access to a large rentroll and opportunities for advancement.
About the Role:
- Identify and pursue property listings in the local area, utilizing your market knowledge and negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
- Develop and maintain a database of contacts, staying in regular communication to nurture relationships and generate business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Team Administrator to develop and execute effective advertising and marketing strategies to promote listed properties.
- Schedule and conduct property inspections for potential buyers, providing detailed information and guidance throughout the process.
- Lead negotiations on behalf of clients, ensuring optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate the ability to list and sell a minimum of 2 properties per month.
- Possess a deep understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, trends, and amenities.
- Display a proactive approach to your work, with the drive and initiative to pursue leads and close deals independently.
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration or License.
