About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our guests. As a Guest Experience Host, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our owners and guests, ensuring that they have an unforgettable experience with us.

You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them warmly and providing them with all the information they need to make the most of their stay. You'll also be responsible for completing all department-related paperwork, using communication equipment effectively, and working closely with the resort operations team to provide a seamless check-in process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register owners and guests, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience
  • Provide information on local area attractions and amenities, helping guests to make the most of their stay
  • Complete all department-related paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Use communication equipment effectively, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a seamless check-in process
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have previous experience within a similar hotel position, a genuine passion for customer service, and excellent communication skills. You'll also need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive, with impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards. High levels of computer literacy are essential, and previous experience with a PMS system would be advantageous.
