About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Specialist to join our team at Inside Australia Travel. As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in working with suppliers, entering their product and information into our reservation system, and ensuring our offerings are relevant to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Australian travel, a high level of attention to detail, and excellent organisational, administrative, and time management skills. You will also have a strong relationship builder and be able to work to high standards under pressure and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring product rates are up-to-date and adjusted for seasons
  • Designing and constructing new products
  • Assisting with product queries and questions from our sales team
  • Ensuring our booking system is accurate and up-to-date
  • Building strong relationships with travel suppliers and identifying new opportunities
  • Updating client and supplier H&S information

Requirements:

  • A passion for and experience in the Australian travel industry
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Pro-active can-do attitude
  • Computer skills basic image editing, and data sorting
  • Excellent organisational, administrative, and time management skills
  • Ability to work to high standards under pressure and deadlines
